Plastic Membership Card Request Form

Thank you for your membership with the Missouri Botanical Garden. In an effort to offer greener options with our membership program, we encourage you to try our digital membership card, which is easy to add to your phone’s wallet, always accessible, and more environmentally friendly.

If you recently joined or renewed and we have your email on file, you will receive an email with instructions to download your digital card within two weeks. If you need that email resent, please contact (314) 577-5100 or membership@mobot.org.

But, if you would still like to receive a set of plastic membership cards, please complete the form below. Cards will be mailed within one month of this request.
